First: this app has no tutorial! Second: this app in not working! Its sad, the idea is actually very good.

This app is for everyone that wants to step up his efficiency in memorizing things. Because of the use of the Spaced Repetition system, one is only asked to repeat the self-created note-cards when necessary. The only downside is that many great features are reserved for the paid option, such as adding pictures to your note-cards.
